- UPDATED DESCRIPTION � AMENDMENT 0003 FULL AND OPEN BLZZRD Sampler for AC (120/240Vac, or external DC) OR EQUAL IN ACCORDANCE WITH SALIENTS FY23 REQ #15015 SPECIAL ORDER # S23141 The U.S. Geological Survey-HIF has a requirement for BLZZRD Sampler for AC (120/240Vac, or external DC) OR EQUAL IN ACCORDANCE WITH SALIENTS (Qty: 3) to be delivered to the USGS Nebraska Water Science Center, Lincoln, NE, not later than 45 days After Receipt of Order. Request for Quote (RFQ) 140G0123Q0268 will be issued on or about 8/24/2023 with written quotes due on or about 09/01/2023 at 08:00 AM ED. Amendment 0001 to Request For Quotes 140G0123Q0268 will be issued on or about 09/06/2023 with written quotes due on or about 09/12/2023 AM ED. Amendment 0001 extends the due date of quotes and dissolve the small business set aside. Please see Amendment 0001 for all the updates. Amendment 0002 to Request For Quotes 140G0123Q0268 will be issued on or about 09/14/2023. Amendment 0002 extends the due date of quotes to on or about 09/18/2023 AM ED. Please see Amendment 0002 for all the updates. Amendment 0003 to Request For Quotes 140G0123Q0268 will be issued on or about 09/21/2023. Amendment 0003 extends the due date of quotes to on or about 09/28/2023 AM ED and adds FAR 52.232-18. Please see Amendment 0003 for all the updates. This acquisition is Full and Open.
