- This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) from the USP&FO for New York, Purchasing and Contracting Division, Latham, New York. The solicitation number is W912PQ-23-Q-0051 for the procurement and delivery of lockers to 133rd CSC, 212 John Warren Ave., Brooklyn, NY 11252 This acquisition is utilizing procedures in FAR part 12. This requirement will be set aside 100% for Small Business registered in sam.gov. Award will be made to the vendor that: submits the lowest price meets of the specifications of the RFQ and attachments meets all the responsibility criteria at FAR 9.104 Vendors must provide a quote for ALL line items. Partial quotes will not be considered. Quotes are due 26SEP2023 1400 (2pm ET) via email to melissa.santoro2.civ@army.mil All the RFQ and its amendments will be posted to www.sam.gov. Contractors are cautioned to�check the website periodically for the solicitation and any amendments. Solicitation mailing lists will NOT be compiled and the RFQ and amendments will not be sent out in paper copy. All documentation can and must be downloaded from the website above. Firms interested in submitting offers must be current registered in the System for Award Management, complete the entire solicitation document to include representations and certifications, provisions, and clauses, provide all product technical specification documentation and technical compliance certifications, to be eligible for contract award. The award may be made without discussions. Faxed offers or amendments will not be accepted. All dates are subject to change without notice. Failure to respond to the electronically posted RFQ and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of offers may render vendor offer non-responsive and result in rejection of the same. This posting is strictly a pre-solicitation notice, the specifications will be posted with the RFQ.
