- Attachment 1: Combined Synopsis-Solicitation for Commercial Items This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as an RFQ. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-01 effective 12/30/2022, VAAR Update 2008-35 effective 2/24/2023 & Acquisition Policy Flash 23-10 effective 02/24/2023. This solicitation is set-aside for Service Disable Veteran Owned Small Business. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 339940 Office Supplies (except Paper) Manufacturing, with a small business size standard of 750 Employees. The FSC/PSC is 7510 Office Supplies. The Nashville VAMC is seeking to purchase Custom Magnetic Visual Boards of different sizes. Service is requesting brand name or equal item.
