- In accordance with FAR Part 10, this is Market Research seeking sources capable of satisfying the agency�s requirement for a re-compete contract for the National Accreditation Certification program. The Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) Center for the Development of Security Excellence (CDSE) requires contractor support to assist CDSE Certification Division in the accreditation maintenance and sustainment of the nationally accredited DoD Security Professional Education Development (SPeD) certification program. The contractor shall provide accreditation consulting and administrative services which meet the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA) Standards. The Contractor must be able to accomplish the following: ������������ Consulting on the twenty-three NCCA Standards and required documentation in order to submit DoD sponsored SP?D portfolio certifications. ������������ Explanation as required within each standards Commentary. ������������ Guidance on the maintenance of NCCA accredited certifications. ������������ Advice and assistance of fees and notification of changes thereof ������������ Assist government personnel in maintaining/establishing on-line accounts via the internet. ������������ Advice and guidance as required, such as establishing accounts. The contractor shall submit DoD-sponsored SP?D portfolio certifications for accreditation to the NCCA board, coordinating on any queries arising from certification submissions, and provide certification accreditation maintenance guidance to include annual report submissions. The projected Period of Performance is one base year with four option periods with an estimated contract start date of 1/1/2024. The Performance Work Statement details the service to be performed. This is not a request for quote. Vendors will not be compensated for costs incurred to prepare and submit a response to the sources sought.
