- General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: NJ City: Morristown Delineated Area:� North: Weldon Road to Dover-Milton Road to Legion Road to Berkshire Valley Road to Oak Ridge Road to Route 23 to Route 287. East: Route 287. South: Route 287 to Lafayette Avenue to Morris Street to Park Place to Washington Street to Route 24 to Route 206. West: Route 206 to Route 80 to Route 15 to Weldon Road. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 14,703 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 15,438 Space Type: Warehouse + Office Parking Spaces (Total): 11 Parking Spaces (Surface): 11 Parking Spaces (Structured): N/A Parking Spaces (Reserved): Yes Full Term: 180 months Firm Term: 120 months Option Term: 60 months Additional Requirements: Office space and warehouse combined in the same facility. Requires a ramped entrance if elevated. Minimum 14,703 ABOA SF consisting of: 5,703 ABOA SF office space and 9000 ABOA SF warehouse storage space. Ceiling height requirement 30 feet minimum for storage . Roof space available for 11 mounted antennas. 11 secured, reserved surface level parking spaces required. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as �100-year� floodplain).
