Description

This RFQ is being solicitated among NITAAC CIO-SP3 small business contract holders�in accordance with FAR 16.505. In order to quality for award, Offerors must have a valid�NITAAC CIO-SP3 small business contract as the Government intends to establish an Order under the CIO-SP3 small business government-wide acquisition contract�(GWAC). FAR Part 15 does not apply to this acquisition. Labor-hour will be used for�transition-in/transition-out and surge support. The anticipated period of performance for the Order will consist of a 12-month base period and four (4) 12-month option periods.�This requirement is under the associated North American Industry Classification System�(NAICS) Code 541512 Computer Systems Design Services.�This will be a multi-phased acquisition. The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) is issuing this Request for Quote (RFQ) in support�of the IRS�s requirement for �IRS Criminal Investigation (CI) TechOps IT Support,�NITAAC.� CI is seeking to modernize the information systems to meet key CI initiatives in the following areas: Business Systems Development (BSD), Portfolio Management,�Acquisitions and Contracts (PMAC), Technical Operations Center (TOC), Cybersecurity�(CYB), User Support (US), and Client Management Support Services (CMSS).
