Description

**Amendment 003:**� The purpose of this amendment is to extend the closing date and time to September 26, 2023, 2:00 PM Mountain Time. Vendor must acknowledge SF30 by signing and returning 1 copy.� No other changes are being made at this time. � **Amendment 002:**� The purpose of this amendment is to extend the closing date and time to September 25, 2023, 2:00 PM Mountain Time. Vendor must acknowledge SF30 by signing and returning 1 copy.� No other changes are being made at this time� **Amendment 001:**� The purpose of this Amendment is to provide further information on the truck. The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Forest Service (FS), Intermountain Region, Uinta-Wasatch-Cache National Forest Fleet Program Area has a need for a truck utility shell box to be installed on EN# 6574 a 2023 Ford F350 Diesel with an 8-foot bed length.� The shell box shall be primed and painted to match existing truck.� The Contractor shall provide all materials, components, wiring, and supplies, and install finished shell on the vehicle provided by the Forest Service.�
