Description

Purpose The purpose of this notice is to provide an update on the National Aeronautics and Space Administration's (NASA's) ongoing Pre-Exploration Production and Operations Contract (Pre-EPOC) Evaluation and Readiness effort. Notification to the Public of Substantial Bundling of Contract Requirements In accordance with FAR 7.107-5, Notifications, paragraph (d), this notice is being published to notify the public that NASA has determined a substantial bundling of contract requirements is necessary and justified under Pre-EPOC. See the accompanying Determination and Findings (D&F) for Substantial Bundling of Requirements.
