Description

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) desires to lease flex/warehouse space within a 10-mile radius of either LaGuardia Airport or JFK International Airport. The Government is seeking a minimum of 8,240 to a maximum of 14,564 of American National Standards Institute/Building Owners and Managers Association (ANSI/BOMA) Office Area (ABOA) square feet (SF) of contiguous space within a building and/or outdoors as described below: Office Space- Approximately 4,900 ABOA SF Technical Space- Approximately 3,340 ABOA SF Outdoor Yard Space- Approximately 5,000 ABOA SF *NOTE:� FAA will alternately consider 5,000 sf of indoor warehouse space with a loading dock and ramp access in lieu of the 5,000 sf of outdoor yard space.
