- General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: New Hampshire City: Multiple Cities (see Delineated Area) Delineated Area: North: Starting at the intersection of Rt 127/Battle St and Clothespin Bridge Rd. in Webster, NH (north of Concord), follow Clothespin Bridge Rd. east, merging into Corn Hill Rd.� Follow Corn Hill Rd to Rt. 4 (High St). Turn right/southeast on Route 4, staying on Rt 4 to cross I-93. Continue on Hoit Rd, which becomes School Street. Turn right/southeast off School onto S. Village Street and a quick left to follow on Rt 129 to the east to the intersection of Rt 106. East: From the intersection Rt 129 and 106, follow Rt 106 south to Chichester Rd. Turn left/east on Chichester to Canterbury Rd. Turn left/east on Canterbury Rd., which turns into Main St. and then Granny Howe Rd until terminating into Rt 28.� Follow Rt 28 south to the traffic circle and turn left/east on Rt 202. At the intersection Rt 202 and Black Hall Rd., turn right/south and follow Black Hall Rd. to Short Falls Rd. Turn right/west on Short Falls Rd. until it terminates into Rt 28. �Turn left/south on Rt 28 (Suncook Valley Hwy/ Pinewood Rd) to terminate into Allenstown Rd/Rt 28/Rt 3. �Turn left/south on Allenstown Rd./Rt 28/Rt 3, and continue south onto Rt 28/Rt 3 (David Webster Hwy) to College Park Dr. South: From the intersection of Rt 3/David Webster Hwy and College Park Dr., follow College Park Dr. west until it becomes Main St. and crosses the Merrimack River. After crossing the river, Main St. terminates into W River Rd. Turn right/north on W. River Rd. then immediately turn left/west onto Pine St., and continuing on Bow Bogg Rd. to Allen Rd. Turn left/south onto Allen Rd. and follow to its end at S. Bow Rd.� Turn right/west on S. Bow Rd. to Woodhill Rd. Turn right/north onto Woodhill Rd.� At the intersection of Woodhill Rd. and Dunbarton Center Rd., left/west, and follow Dunbarton Center Rd. to Brown Hill Rd. Turn right/northwest onto Brown Hill Rd.� At the intersection of Brown Hill Rd and Tonga Drive turn left/northwest onto Tonga Dr until it intersects with Longview Dr. Turn left/northwest onto Longview Dr., following until it terminates into N. Bow Dunbarton Rd. Turn right/north onto N. Bow Dunbarton Rd., which will terminate at Page Rd. Turn left/north onto Page Rd.� Page Rd. will terminate into Rt 13 (Clinton St). Turn left/west onto Rt 13, continuing onto Concord Stage Rd (Rt 77) to Boyce Road. West: From the intersection of Rt 77 and Boyce Rd., follow Boyce Road north, continuing on S Rd. to I-89. Turn left/north on I-89 N to Exit 7. Turn right/east onto Rt 103. Follow Rt 103 to Rt 127 (Battle St). Turn left/north onto Rt 127 to the intersection with Clothespin Bridge Rd.� Minimum Sq. Ft.
