Description

The United States Army Contracting Command-Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 21005, on behalf of Product Manager Mulit-Mission Surveillance System (M2S2) Radars, intends to award a modification to increase the ceiling on the Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) / Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF), Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract, with an ordering period of five years, as a sole source action to SRCTec, LLC, 5801 E Taft Road, Suite 7, Syracuse, NY 13212-3273, in accordance with 10 United States Code (U.S.C.) � 3204(a)(1), as implemented in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(B), Unacceptable delays in fulfilling the agency�s requirements.� The period of performance, which remains unchanged, is 31 January 2023 to 30 January 2028. �This increased ceiling on the J&A supports a modification to increase the contract ceiling by $99,953,785 from $99,202,786.00 to a total of $199,156,571 to procure AN/TPQ-50 exportable systems, spares, repair parts, logistics, program management, contractor sustainment support, system upgrades, and repair and return for international customers.
