Description: This acquisition is to procure manhole cover locks for the 87 CS. This is needed to secure critical infrastructure from unauthorized personnel who intend to disrupt lines of communication on Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst.� The contractor is expected to provide 16 manhole locks with the following features: Made of corrosion resistant material Tamper proof technology Easy to install with little to no modification to preexisting structure.
