Description

334220 �Radio and Television Broadcasting and Wireless Communications Equipment Manufacturing. This procurement action will be acquired on a full and open competitive basis that will result in the award of an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) and Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) contract line items (CLINs). Award will be made to the best overall proposal that is determined to be the most beneficial (best value) to the Government. The contract will have a 5-1/2 year period of performance with a one-year base period, four one-year option periods, and a potential 6-month extension under FAR 52.217-8. The contract will provide for the design, development, and testing of the EDIM Modems IAW the Performance Work Statement (PWS) provided by the Government with the Solicitation. Payments will be based on individual delivery orders provided on individual task orders to the contract for the EDIM procurement. All contractors who provide goods/services to the DOD are required to be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov/ or contact SAM at 866-606-8220 prior to doing business with the DOD.� Approximate issues date of the solicitation is 23 November 2022 with a closing date approximately 30 days from the date of issue.� The solicitation shall be issued via the Internet at sam.gov.� �Any changes to the solicitation shall also be posted to the sam.gov web site and is the contractor�s responsibility to check these sites daily for any posted changes.� Point of Contact is Marisol Trevino at marisol.m.trevino.civ@army.mil, or by phone at 309-782-1607.
