Description

AMENDMENT 0001:� Answers to Industry Questions have been provided in the amendment document (see attachments) below. Solidworks CAD/CAM Software or Equal that enables the ability to virtually: 1) Draw parts using Computer-Aided Drafting (CAD) tools 2) Generate complex code for Computer-Aided Manufacturing (CAM) for Computer Numerical Controlled (CNC) machines, and 3) Manufacture tools and parts in-house for C-17A aircraft, KC-135R aircraft, and all other base operations the 452 MXG/MXS supports. Mandatory requirements: 1) 2D and 3D modeling 2) 2D and 3D tool-pathing for lathe and milling 3) 3 and 4 axis milling 4) Post processors for HAAS machines VF-4 mill and ST-30 lathe 5) CAD file conversions (import/export) 6) Program Updates 7) User training and support 8) The ability to operate on a stand-alone computer without Internet connectivity 9) The ability to continue using if subscription runs out 10) Follow-on requirements may include paying for software updates in the future Minimum requirements: 1) Technical support - 12 months 2) Software updates - 12 months 3) User training 4) Software must be proprietary 5) Software must operate on a stand-alone computer without Internet connectivity 6) Software must include 2D and 3D solid modeling 7) Software must include 2D and 3D tool pathing 8) Software must include 4th axis indexing 9) Software must include post processor for HAAS ST-30 lathe and VF-4 Mill
