- AWARDED FIRM: ALECIA ARCHITECTURE, PC The contract was awarded for the base year and four (4) one-year options. The maximum capacity for the contracts is $25,000,000 over the course of 5 (five) years. DESCRIPTION OF CONTRACT: Architect and Engineering contract to provide Architectural and Engineering services as required for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity type contract at various location throughout the United States and its territories for the Office of Construction and Facilities Management (CFM). AE services are required for a variety of tasks throughout the regions. These AE services include general building projects and may be either design-bid-build or design-build. Design shall include but not be limited to, new construction, repair, alteration, and renovation of buildings, systems and infrastructure and may include civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, fire protection, global positioning, and communication systems. Types of facilities include administrative, industrial, maintenance, warehouses, communications, dormitory, medical, honor guard, committal shelter, site civil and utility infrastructure, traditional and cremains gravesite development in support of CFM and key customers, such as the National Cemetery Administration and Veterans Health Administration, throughout the US and its territories.
