This procurement implements an engineering change proposal (ECP) developed under a previous contract and includes supplies and services required for the production and delivery of modified LBTs to LBC transmitters, Non-Recurring Engineering (NRE) supporting production, associated spare components, and associated data. The LBC Transmitter will be a direct form and fit replacement of the LBT in the existingALQ-99 pod. This award includes a base and two options with deliveries estimated to begin in Quarter 4 FY25. This acquisition was pursued on a sole source basis under the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(3), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
