*Amendment 0002 has been released. The amendment�updates Specifications and Draw ings in response to Bidder Inquiries. See Attachments for Amend 0002 and updated Specs, Drawings and Submittal Register.� Amendment 0001 has been released. The amendment adds Bidder Inquiry Information and clarifies inconsistencies in the Instructions to Offerors for the definition of ""Recency"" and number of pages allowed for Factor 1 - Past Performance. See Attachments for the Amendment.� Please note, Attachment A -�Offerors Experience Form has been corrected.� SYNOPSIS The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Northwestern Division, Portland District (CENWP) has been tasked to solicit a contract for the purchase of Breaker Switchgear Assemblies and Medium Voltage Buses for the Bonneville Powerhouse I Main Unit Breaker Replacement, at Bonneville Dam in Oregon. The proposed project will be a competitive, firm-fixed price (FFP) construction contract. See Attachements for solicitation, specifications, and drawings. Period of Performance:�1185 days after Award Date Set Asides and Codes:�This is an Unrestricted Full and Open Competitive Acquisition.�North American Industrial Classification Code (NAICS):�335313 - Switchgear and Switchboard Apparatus Manufacturing; Small Business Size Standard of up to 1250 employees.�The HUBZone 10% price evaluation preference w ill be applied as required. Acquisition Strategy:�This acquisition will be solicited in accordance with FAR 15 Contracting by Negotiation.� The contract will be awarded using the provisions of FAR 15 utilizing �Best Value/Trade-Off Analysis� procedures. Based on the Best Value/Trade-Off Analysis, the Government expects award will be made to the Offeror proposing a combination of technical, past performance, and price factors, which offer the best value to the Government. This acquisition will result in a single fixed-price contract.
