Description: DEVCOM C5ISR Center is seeking hardware and software techniques for Radio Frequency Technical Effects with emphasis on the mechanisms to deconflict operation of RF Technical Effects in the proximity of blue force networks. �DEVCOM C5ISR Center is also seeking algorithms and tools to develop appropriate pattern-of-life data, orchestration command-and-control software to coordinate amongst multiple devices acting as a cohesive system.
