- RFQ 36C26224Q0024 has been updated to add two additional site visits for the other two facilitites that require elevator maintenance services in the Los Angeles area. The first additional site visit will take place at the Los Angeles Ambulatory Care Center locaed at 351 E. Temple St., Los Angeles, CA 90012. The date of the site visit will be October 4, 2023 at 8:00 am. Attendees are asked to meet in the main lobby and will need to check in with Security. The second additional site visit will take place at the Sepulveda CBOC located at 16111 Plummer St., North Hills, CA 91343. The date of the site visit will be October 5, 2023 at 8:00 am. Attendees will meet in the building 1 conference room. RFQ 36C26224Q0024 has been updated to reflect these changes and is attached to this amendment.�
