- Purpose The purpose of this notice is to provide an update on the National Aeronautics and Space Administration's (NASA's) ongoing Pre-Exploration Production and Operations Contract (Pre-EPOC) Evaluation and Readiness and Exploration Production and Operations Contract (EPOC) efforts. Notification to the Public of a superseding Class Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition (JOFOC) This notice is being published to notify the public of a superseding October 2, 2023 Class JOFOC for Pre-EPOC and EPOC efforts, in relation to the previously posted October 4, 2022 Class JOFOC for EPOC and Transition Plans Contract.
