Description: This Limited Source Justification is for Gartner licenses and subscription services to support Signal Command for the Army Service Component Commands within the Pacific theater. The Government has awarded a sole source Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) call order against Gartner's DoD ESI BPA N66001-19- A-0049. Market research determined that there are no other sources that provide the particular licenses and services necessary to satisfy the Government's requirement.
