SECTION B � CONTINUATION This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 75H709NC24Q-009 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for Orthopedic Clinics at the Northern Cheyenne Service Unit (NCSU) in Lame Deer, Montana. This procurement is conducted pursuant to the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR Part 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and FAR 37.4, Non-Personal Healthcare Services Contracts and HHSAR Subpart 326.6, Acquisitions Under the Buy Indian Act.
