- Title: Multi-Terrain Loader Replacement (MTLR)Description: This is the actual REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) M67854-23-R-5009. Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM), has a requirement for a Multi-Terrain Loader Replacement (MTLR). The MTLR will be a modified commercial small, tracked loader that comes with a general purpose bucket and fork attachments. This is a sixty (60) month performance period with no options. This procurement will be conducted as a full and open competition using NAICS code 333924, Industrial Truck, Tractor, Trailer, and Stacker Machinery Manufacturing.The resultant contract will be a firm fixed-priced (FFP) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract. This procurement is a FAR Part 15 Contracting by Negotiation requirement, which will be evaluated utilizing the Best Value Continuum method.
