Sources Sought Notice Sources Sought Notice Page 5 of 5 Sources Sought Notice *= Required Field Sources Sought Notice Page 1 of 5 THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. This is not a solicitation for bids, proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified sources to perform a potential requirement. The responses received from interested contractors will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 20, is conducting market research to identify potential sources which can provide the following: Service contract for the Portland Medtronic O-Arm used for image guidance in the OR STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW) 1. Background The Portland VA Medical Center (PVAMC) requires: (1) A full-service contract for the Portland VA s Medtronic O-Arm used for image guidance in the OR (SN C1663). 2. Scope This is a full-service contract for the Portland VA s Medtronic O-Arm used for image guidance in the OR. The systems are to operate in accordance to manufacturer specifications and tolerances. All software upgrades and technical service are to be provided by the OEM. 3. Specific Tasks General Requirements: 1. Contractor is to provide all parts and labor to support the system to meet all factory specifications for operation and tolerances. 2. Contractor to have had specific training on the contrast injectors under contract. 3. All parts must be OEM approved and meet OEM specifications for build and design. 4. Unit must have performance verification test performed after completion of the repair. POP: 10/01/2023 9/30/2028 Potential Businesses having the capabilities necessary to provide the above stated equipment services are invited to respond to this Sources Sought Notice via e-mail to Gregory.watson2@va.gov no later than 08/30/23. No telephone inquiries will be accepted. RESPONSES SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: company name, address, and business size, point of contact name, phone number, and e-mail address. VAAR 852.212-71 GRAY MARKET AND COUNTERFEIT ITEMS (FEB 2023) applies to this sources sought. Please note whether system is presently offered on a current Government contract.
