Presolicitation Notice/Advertisement ��������������������������������������������������������������� GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Minnesota City: Duluth Delineated Area: North: Arrowhead Rd East: County Hwy 4/Rice Lake Rd/ Mesaba Ave./ St Louis River South: Becks Rd West: Midway Rd. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 4,313 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 4,313 Space Type: Warehouse/Fire Depot and Fenced Ware yard Full Term: 240 Months / 20 Years Firm Term: None Option Term: None Additional Requirements: Parking (both indoor and outdoor) for government vehicles and equipment within a fenced in area with controlled access to government employees only. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as �100-year� floodplain).
