Description

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement for parking lot and driveway repair at Isla Grande (SIG) Airport Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT) in San Juan, PR as found in the Statement of Work (SOW) attached. The FAA intends to award one (1) Firm Fixed Price contract to the lowest price offeror otherwise eligible for award. The estimated performance time is 60 calendar days after receiving Notice to Proceed (NTP). The estimated value of this construction project is $75,000.00 and $125,000.00. This competitive award process is 100% set-aside for Small Disadvantaged Businesses (SDB). Offerors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) and represent as a Small Disadvantaged Business in SAM representations and certifications to be eligible for award. Further award eligibility requirements are contained in the terms and conditions of the SIR. This project is funded by the Bilateral Infrastructure Law (BIL). See attached Uniform Bilateral Infrastructure Law Report located in the attachments and BIL clause 3.18-1 in the SIR document for instructions for the additional reporting requirements associated with BIL funded projects. All documents attached to this announcement are considered by the FAA to be in final format at this time. Any activities or costs associated with offerors proposal development and submission thereof is at the risk of the offeror and will not be reimbursed by the FAA.
