Description

Marine Corps Field Contracting System, Marine Corps Installations East, Marine Corps Base, Camp Lejeune, NC hereby gives notice of intent to award a sole source contract to L3Harris Technologies, Inc., 221 Jefferson Ridge Pkwy, Lychburg, VA 24501-6952. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES.� A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.� Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct competitive procurement.� This requirement is to provide warranty, software support, upgrades, and hardware logistics support for the MCIEAST Harris Corporation Enterprise Land Mobile Radios (ELMR) Eastern Regional Infrastructure (ERI) System aboard MCIEAST Areas of Operations (AOR). Interested firms may submit information that indicates their ability to satisfy this requirement.� Responses must be received at the Contracting Office no later than 12:00 PM EDST, 24 October 2023.
