Description: The Project consists of construction placing rock protection (riprap) upon the upstream face of the Trinidad Dam in southern Colorado.� Placement of the material maybe by barge or other form of placement approved by Contracting Officer.� The location involves an active state park with fishing, traffic, and boating being allowed while work is proceeding.
