Description

NEW INFORMATION:�The Government revised the Draft Acquisition Timeline Attachment 2 dated 11 October 2023 to provide information regarding the issuance of the sign up for 20 minute Teams Calls with Vendors and information on the upcoming Pre-Solicitation Industry Day. In addition, the Government anticipates the Business and Logistics Management Support Services (BL/MSS) solicitation will be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside (socio-economic category being considered: WOSB, SDVOSB, or EDWOSB) utilizing GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) Professional Services Category, Special Item Number (SIN) 541611 vendors in accordance with the competitive procedure�s requirements of FAR 8.405-3. The Government revised the Draft Acquisition Timeline Attachment 2 dated 11 September 2023 and�DRAFT BLMSS SOW Revised 08032023 Version 2. UPDATE:�The Government revised the Draft Acquisition Timeline Attachment 2. Next update August 2023. ORIGINAL INFORMATION: The USCG is conducting market research to seek sources and to gain knowledge on industry�s capability to provide up to date Business and Logistics Management Support Services (BL/MSS) in accordance with the attached draft Statement of Work. The Government anticipates awarding a ten (10) year period of performance multiple award contract via a Blanket Purchase Agreement to at least three, no more than five small business vendors including at least two socio-economic categories. The period of performance will consist of a five-year base period and five-year option periods.
