Provide responses to industry questions that were due no later than September 27,2023. All questions and responses are included in the spreadsheet titled �FMS-ACES QAs � Official Announcement�. 2. To correct the time of the offer due date from 1200 AM to 1200 PM. 3. To incorporate changes to the following documents (all changes are highlighted in yellow): Other Transaction (OT) Instructions and Evaluation Plan Final r.1 Attachment 003 - FMS-ACES Statement of Objectives (SOO) r.1 Attachment 004 - FMS-ACES Requirements Master List (RML) (Excel copy) 4. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. **** End Amendment 0001 **** This notice serves as the Official Announcement for the Foreign Military Sales � Army Case Execution System (FMS-ACES) requirement. All previous announcements and draft releases for this requirement can be found on www. SAM.GOV. This Announcement is released in accordance with 10 USC 4022: Authority of the Department of Defense to carry out certain prototype projects. Program Executive Office Enterprise Information Systems (PEO EIS) seeks to partner with vendors using an Other Transaction Authority (OTA) for an Agreement to design, build, test, deploy, and demonstrate a Prototype solution to fulfill the Army requirements for FMS-ACES.� Through this OT, the Army is seeking Technical Integration Providers to develop FMS-ACES solutions to meet the requirements in the Statement of Objective (SOO).� All correspondence related to this notice shall be emailed to both the individuals listed below: Ashley Smith, Agreements Officer, ashley.c.smith92@army.mil Nicole Feddersen, Agreements Specialist, corene.n.feddersen@army.mil Questions and responses from the FMS ACES Draft Announcement and Industry Day are attached in the file titled �Industry Day Questions_Final.xlsx. All questions are due by September 27, 2023, 1200 Eastern and should be submitted to the Agreements POCs listed above. Only one set of questions per vendor will be accepted. Offerors shall submit electronic response files through the Department of Defense Safe Access File Exchange (DoD SAFE) website. Access to SAFE is available through the website at:� https://safe.apps.mil/. To submit a response, Offerors must request a Drop-off Request Code no earlier than 14 days prior to the submission due date, by sending an e-mail to the Agreement POCs listed above. The submission date for White Papers is October 13, 2023, 1200 Eastern.
