- U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Nevada City: Carson City Delineated Area: North: W. College Parkway; East: Deer Run Rd.; South: E. Clearview Dr.; West: Carson St. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3,500 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3,600 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 14 Parking Spaces (Surface): 5 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 9 fenced/secured (1 require 12Lx8Wx9H) Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 8 years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: �24/7 HVAC for LAN room with 1.5 ton unit �Pull-through parking for one (1)12Lx8Wx9H trailers �Fiber availability �700 SF of lab and storage space Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as �100-year� floodplain). Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). ).
