- Description
- This procurement is for three (3) National Stock Numbers (NSNs) that are code and part numbered items with one source as stated in the attachment. The resulting Long-Term Contract (LTC) from solicitation SPE7MX24R0004 will establish a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) consisting of one (1) year. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government�s requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. The solicitation will be issued as unrestricted with other than full and open competition in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(a)(2). Based on market research the government is using the policies contained in FAR Part 15 - Contracting by Negotiation in its solicitation for these NSNs. Specifications, plans, or drawings are not available.� Federal Supply Class: 5985 All responsible sources may submit an offer/proposal, which shall be considered. The final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, past performance, delivery, and other factors as described in the solicitation. This solicitation will be available on the Internet at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/. Due to system constraints, it may take as long as three business days from the stated issue date for the solicitation to post to DIBBS. All offers/responses will be due as listed on the closing date and time specified on page 1 of the solicitation.
