- ?.## NOTICE OF INTENT The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 21 located at 3237 Peacekeeper Way, Bldg. 200, Suite 204, McClellan Park, CA 95652-2609, on behalf of the San Francisco VA Healthcare System located at 4150 Clement Street, San Francisco, CA 94121, shall be awarding a contract on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B) Limiting Sources - Only one source is capable of providing the supplies or services required at the level of quality required because the supplies or services are unique or highly specialized. Order against: FSS Contract Number: GS-07F-0171W Name of Proposed Contractor: SUNGRO PRODUCTS, LLC Street Address: 810 EAST 18TH STREET City, State, Zip: LOS ANGELES, CA 90021 Phone: 213-747-4125 The contract shall be a task order written against the vendor s GSA Contract for a base period of performance of one year with two, one-year option periods. Base Year Period of Performance: 01 NOV 2023 through 31 OCT 2024 Contractor shall provide: The Contractor shall provide personnel, management, equipment, tools, supplies, and transportation to perform heating, cooling, and boiler chemical water treatment service for the SFVAHCS. This contract encompasses HVAC and boiler systems located 4150 Clement St., San Francisco, CA 94121. The objective for performance under this contract is to provide the best practical chemical water treatment to reduce corrosion rate and mitigate legionella bacterial growth associated with the HVAC and Boiler closed-loop systems and cooling towers. Consulting and System Modernization: Monthly reports shall contain a short summary of such suggestions and note any adjustments to chemical feed rates. Recommendations for other than minor changes to the VA s systems shall require stand-alone reports. The Contractor shall provide Water Chemistry Training to all Boiler Plant Operators and other select Operations and Maintenance personnel.
