Description

The Veterans Health Administration (VHA), VA Pacific Islands Health Care System (VAPIHCS) requires the contractor to provide all DirectTV equipment, installation, and signal for 46 patient televisions from DirecTV for the VA Pacific Islands Health Care System�s Community Living Center (CLC) at 110 Krukowski Road, Honolulu Hawaii 96819.� The contract shall include equipment, installation and 46 Direct TV distributions of the content from DirecTV satellites.� DirectTV satellite antennas and receivers are to be provided and maintained by contractor. The contract shall include 46 Direct TV distributions of the content from DirecTV satellites. The contractor will establish and maintain all accounts with DirectTV. The Period of Performance will be for a Base Year and Four (4) One-Year Options. Installation of Hardware is anticipated to start on January 2, 2024 and the anticipated start date for signal service will be on February 1, 2024. The Solicitation will be issued on a restricted basis and will be 100% set-aside for Small Businesses. To be eligible for award the Small Business must be considered small under the relevant NAICS code. Potential offerors are further advised that failure to register in the SAM database (https://sam.gov) will render your firm ineligible for award.
