Description

The purpose of this acquisition is to provide harbor pilot support services piloting submarines, ships and other military vessels in the Port Canaveral Harbor, Cape Canaveral, Florida. Naval Ordnance Test Unit (NOTU) anticipates approximately 90 movements annually that require pilot services. The Contractor shall provide all the necessary personnel, supervision, management, equipment, materials and services required to provide pilot services. See attached Draft Performance Work Statement for more information on this acquisition. Please see attached RFQ, N6883623Q0362, for complete requirement details to include instructions for preparation of proposals, the performance work statement, and evaluation criteria. It is the responsibility of interested parties to register with SAM.gov to download the solicitation, subsequent amendments, and all attachments. Offerors are encouraged to review SAM.gov frequently for updates. No paper copies of the RFQ, attachments, or amendments will be provided.�
