- AMENDMENT 0001: The reason for this amendment is to: 1. Include statement that NPDES permits and reports are available upon request.� Requests must be submitted to the Contract Specialist by 10AM CST, Wednesday, October 18th. 2. Schedule a Site Visit for Tuesday, October 17, 2023 at 0900 CST at the Carlyle Lake Project Office, 801 Lake Road, Carlyle, IL, 62231. 3. Extend Questions due date to 10AM CST, Wednesday, October 18th. 4. Extend Quote due date to 10AM CST, Monday, October 23rd. All other terms & conditions remain the same. This solicitation is a request for quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2023-04. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 221320, with a small business size standard of $35,000,000 annual average receipts (total or gross income) over the past three years. The U. S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Louis District, is seeking a Contractor a company to provide non-personal services, to include all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision, and other items and services necessary to operate, maintain, test, and repair a wastewater treatment plant, a wastewater land treatment facility, maintain and repair sewage lift stations and gravity collection systems; and sample potable water distribution systems, swimming beaches, and public use areas located on project public lands at the Carlyle Lake Project.
