- SOURCES SOUGHT FOR THE NAVY EXPEDITIONARY FORCES REGIONAL SERVICES CONTRACT (NEFRSC) II, IN VARIOUS COUNTRIES IN SOUTHEAST ASIA, SOUTH ASIA, AND OCEANIA. This is a Sources Sought announcement only. �This is not a solicitation announcement for proposals and no contract will be awarded from this announcement.� No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement or any follow-up information requests.� No telephone calls will be accepted requesting a bid package or solicitation because there is no bid package or solicitation available. �In order to protect the procurement integrity of any future procurement, if any, that may arise from this announcement, information regarding the technical point of contact will not be given and no appointments for presentations will be made. Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Pacific, Services Contracts Division, is seeking information on establishing a follow-on contract for the Navy Expeditionary Forces Regional Services Contract (NEFRSC II) in various countries in Southeast Asia, South Asia, and Oceania. Base Operations Support (BOS) services including Bill of Material logistics and delivery support will be primarily for activities of the U.S. Navy (USN). The USN activity will primarily be located in the Philippines, Tinian, Palau, Federated States of Micronesia, and Papua New Guinea. Future support within the Southeast Asia, South Asia, and Oceania regions may be required.� Services will support various Department of Defense components (e.g., Naval Mobile Construction Battalions (NMCB), Naval Expeditionary Combat Command Pacific (NECCPAC), Explosive Ordnance Detachment (EOD) Group One, Coastal Riverine Group One, etc.). Support services will include conducting humanitarian assistance, civic assistance, construction projects, contingency efforts, supporting various exercises (i.e., Pacific Partnership, Balikatan, CARAT, etc.), and supporting other projects located at various locations in Southeast Asia, South Asia, and Oceania. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561210.� The applicable size standard is $47 million.� The proposed BOS contract will include the following requirements/Annexes: 0100000 General Information; 0200000 Management and Administration; 0304010 IT Support and Management; 0401000 Force Protection; 10000000 Supply and Material Management; 1403000 Lodging Support; 1501000 Facility Management; 1502000 Facility Investment; 1503000 Facility Services; 1503020 Pest Control; 1600000 Utilities; 1700000 Transportation; 1800000 Environmental.
