- The Navajo Area Indian Health Services (NAIHS), Division of Acquisition Management and Contracts, intends to negotiate a single-sourced, firm-fixed price contract to Jon Scriver PA PLLC (UEI VTAZEGGN36K5), under the authority at FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), only one source reasonably available. Jon Scriver PA PLLC is able to provide one (1) Physician Assistant until December 31, 2023. The NAICS code is 561320 Temporary Support Services, with an associated small business size standard of $14.0 million. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations or proposals, and a competitive solicitation will not be issued. A determination by the Government whether to compete this proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
