- Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Far East (NAVFAC FE) FEAD Camp Butler is soliciting proposals for OIL WATER SEPARATOR MAINTENANCE AND USED OIL COLLECTION AND DISPOSAL, MARINE CORPS INSTALLATIONS OKINAWA, JAPAN. The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, incidental engineering, and other items necessary to provide the services described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) at Marine Corps Base, Camp Butler, Okinawa, Japan to include Camp Kinser, MCAS Futenma, Camp Foster, Camp Courtney, Camp Hansen, Camp Schwab, Camp Lester and Northern Training Areas (NTA).The contract type is a single-award Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) performance-based service contract comprised of Recurring and Non-Recurring work requirements. The anticipated period of performance is a 12-months base period and seven (7) one-year option periods.Any contract resulting from this solicitation will be awarded and performed in its entirety in the country of Japan. Contractors must be duly authorized to operate and conduct business in Japan and must fully comply with all laws, decrees, labor standards, and regulations of Japan during the performance of the contract. Bidders will be required to provide verification on required license prior to award of any contract to the contracting officer if such information is not already on file with or available to the contracting officer. Contractors must be registered to do business in Japan and possess all valid permits and licenses as required by the contract and must have a Japanese bank account in order to receive payment via DFAS Japan.
