Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in�subpart� 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 1) The Indiana Army National Guard is soliciting W912L9-24-Q-0001 as an RFQ 2) This Firm Fixed Price (FFP)�procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside in accordance with (IAW) the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 19.502-2 (b). 3) CLIN 0001 - Yellow Ribbon Support Services - 1 Job 4) The following commercial services are summarized below. A detailed description can be located in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS).� 4a) The contractor shall provide services to support YRRP training event that includes lodging, meeting rooms, meals, and childcare for the event. 4b)�Food and Beverage: The contractor shall provide one (1) lunch meal on Saturday 04 November 2023 (520 Personnel) and Sunday 05 November 2023 (520 Personnel) for a total of two (2) meals. Food and beverage charges are based upon a total 520 (60 of which are kids) servings per meal on Saturday and 520 (60 of which are kids) servings on Sunday at or below the per diem rate for meals.� Self-serve beverage stations are preferred at each meal. 4c)�The contractor will provide all personnel, equipment, and supplies to supervise and care for 30 children ages 0-5, and 30 children ages 6-17. 4d)�The contractor shall provide 85 Rooms (72 Singles, 13 Doubles and 5 Doubles with extra sleeping area or conjoining doubles) for both Friday and Saturday as well as an additional 60 rooms (46 Singles, 36 Doubles, and 2 doubles with extra sleeping area or conjoining doubles) for Saturday.� 5) Submission Requirements: A detailed description of work to be performed along with detailed pricing information. Clauses 52.204-24 and 52.204-26 (attached) must be reviewed and checked.� 6) 52.212-1, 52.212-2, 52.212-4, 52.212-5 are applicable to this acquisition.� 7) Quotes are due at 4 PM local (eastern) time on 24 October 2023. Quotes shall be submitted via email to brian.p.williams52.civ@army.mil.�
