Description
General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space in support of the 2024 Democratic National Convention: State: Illinois City: Chicagoland Area Delineated Area: Boundaries: North: From Willow Road (E&W)�to�E Palatine Road West: From�I-290 (N&S)�to�I-355� South: From�Route 6 to Lake Shore Drive (Route 41) East:�Lake Shore Drive (Route 41) to W 47th Street to N Austin to Irving Park to Lake Shore Drive/Sheraton Road Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 30,000 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):�34,500 Space Type:�Retail or Warehouse Parking Spaces (Total): 120 Parking Spaces (Surface): 120 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 6 months Firm Term: 6 months Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Offered space must be a large and contiguous open and air conditioned space with a minimum ceiling height of 15 feet and a loading dock. The space can be stand-alone or have adjacent tenants as long as the demising wall is secure. Space must have potential for efficient layout and located in a professional and aesthetically pleasing setting. The Government requires a fully serviced lease including 120 surface parking spaces for Government vehicles. The Government shall have access to the space 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Offered location must have local amenities, restaurants; and shops within a � -�-mile distance from the location.� Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 0.2-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as �500-Year� floodplain).
