Walla Walla District Medical Surveillance Exam Services Sources Sought Notice: W912EF24RSS03 The US Army Corps of Engineers, Walla Walla District is seeking sources to provide personnel, materials, supplies, equipment, transportation, and other items and services for the following: Walla Walla District Medical Surveillance Exam Services. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 621999 All Other Miscellaneous Ambulatory Health Care Services and the associated small business size standard is $20.5M. This project involves providing medical surveillance exams to district employees that are enrolled in the medical surveillance program. Currently there are 350 employees enrolled in our medical surveillance program that are scattered throughout the district. The contractor will provide a mobile clinic that will have the ability to perform all the required exams that are listed out below. These exams will be performed at each of the operating projects within the Walla Walla district. Note some of these locations are very remote and don�t have access to cell phone reception. Internet access will not be provided. PHYSICAL EXAMINATION CDL Physical Exam: DOT Certified CDL Examination Comprehensive Physical Examination: Evaluation of the worker�s ability to climb ladders, walk on uneven surfaces, lift/carry 40 pounds, wear non breathable personal protective equipment, medical history (no uncontrolled diabetes, epilepsy, uncontrolled cardiovascular problems, uncontrolled high or low blood pressure, mental, emotional, or nervous conditions). Full set of vitals (BP, Pulse, RR, SP02, Temp). Physical Exam review of cardiovascular system: Review medical history and perform a focused physical assessment of the Cardiac System. Auscultation of heart tones and includes EKG. Full set of vitals (BP, Pulse, RR, SP02, Temp). Physical exam review of respiratory system: Review medical history and perform a focused physical assessment of the respiratory system, to include but not limited to auscultation, pulmonary function test or spirometry and review of OSHA Respiratory Questionnaire. Full set of vitals (BP, Pulse, RR, SP02, Temp). Physical Exam for Welders: Review medical history, review OSHA respiratory questionnaire, (preform a focused assessment of dermatology, urinary, respiratory, and cardiology) look at body for dermatitis, skin ulceration or nasal septum perforation, assess teeth, gums, renal, hematologic, gastrointestinal assessment, reproductive history, past Lead exposures both work/non-work, neurological review. Full set of vitals (BP, Pulse, RR, SP02, Temp). Smoking status, and history. The laboratory must be certified prior to work starting �and must remain certified for the duration of this contract. Offerors must have at least two years of providing similar services. � Offeror�s �mobile clinic(s) must be able to the following provides services: An area to perform Audiograms An area to perform the physicals listed above An area to provide doctor consultation of medical results An area to perform x-rays as needed Area to perform blood draws and urine samples. Area to perform EKG�s Pulmonary Function Test (Spirometry (FVC) (FEV (1.0))) Area to perform eye exam. Anticipated Dates: Solicitation: December 2023 Award: February 2024.
