- Please respond with a capabilities statement to Edward.Emerson@va.gov by 10/20/2023 at 3pm MT. The Contractor shall provide Southern Colorado Janitorial/Housekeeping Services for the VA Eastern Colorado Health Care System (VAECHCS). The contractor shall furnish all labor to provide aseptic and aesthetic housekeeping cleaning services. Cleaning services shall be performed in a manner that will maintain an infection control compliant facility condition, present a neat and professional appearance, and shall meet all The Joint Commission (TJC) standards, and National Environmental Cleaning Standards.
