Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Aviation is issuing this Sources Sought Notice as a means of conducting market research to determine if other companies are capable of manufacturing (or legitimately obtaining) the following item: 2995-011397391, Control Assembly, Pu. The current approved manufacturing sources are:� TRIUMPH CONTROLS, LLC 78710 P/N 7-44216-4 TRANSDIGM INC. 04638 P/N C80720-4 This Sources Sought Notice is for informational purposes only. �This is not a request for an offer. �This does not constitute as a solicitation and shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government. �Responses in any form are not offers and the Government is under no obligation to award a contract as a result of this announcement. �No funds are available to pay for preparation of responses to this announcement. �Any information submitted by respondents to this technical description is strictly voluntary. Since this is a source controlled item, DLA cannot approve sources for this item. If your company �is interested in qualifying their product for purposes of future acquisitions you must contact the design control activity specified on the source control drawing. �In this case, Sikorsky Corporation, Cage Code 78286. �Responses to this sources sought notice must be received by October 22, 2023, 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.� �
