Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being�requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is EL1041-24 and this solicitation is issued as a Request�For Proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition�Circular 2023-04. The North American Industry Classification System code is 115115, Farm Labor Contractors and Crew Leaders,�Small Business Size Standard 16.5 million annual receipts. This requirement is set aside for small business. UNICOR, Federal Prison�Industries, Inc., intends to enter into a one-year, firm-fixed-price, IDIQ type contract for the� commercial item(s) listed under Section B ofthe attached SF 1449.
