Ft. (ABOA): 21,000 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 23,000 Space Type: Office, special use warehouse space and 24/7 operational center Parking Spaces (Total): 31 Parking Spaces (Surface): 31 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 31 Full Term: 240 months Firm Term: 240 months Additional Requirements: Space shall not be collocated in buildings or areas that handle, store, or ship hazardous materials (HAZMAT).
