Description

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Precision Strike Weapons Program Office (PMA-201), awarded a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Delivery Order (DO) to The Boeing Company, against Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-21-G-0006 Delivery Order N0001923F0412 on 18 September 2023. This Delivery Order is for the recertification and repair of Harpoon sections and components along with the recertification and repair of Standoff Land Attack Missile Expanded Response (SLAM-ER) sections and components for Fiscal Years (FY) 23-25. This delivery order was awarded on a sole source basis under the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1) as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other services will satisfy agency requirements.� The Boeing Company is the only known, qualified, responsible source that can fulfill the requirements herein.� Subcontracting opportunities may be available and should be sought with Boeing at the following address: �The Boeing Company 6200 JS MCDONNELL BLVD SAINT LOUIS MO 63134-1939.
