Description: Annual Inspection & Testing of all Ground Ladders at Fort Meade and Hot Springs VA Fire Departments. Inspection & Testing of Fort Meade Aerial Apparatus: LADDER 4. All inspection, testing, and maintenance shall be done in accordance with the most current edition of National Fire Protection Agency (NFPA) 1932. Heat labels shall be replaced as needed and communication of deficiencies must be communicated to the fire chief verbally as found and in a written report. The contractor shall provide all transportation, personnel, materials, labor, and equipment required to perform the annual service.
