Description

The National Cemetery Administration is seeking contractors from all small business socioeconomic categories interested and capable of performing Construction Period Inspection Services (CPIS) at the Dayton National Cemetery. The project to be inspected includes road expansions (concrete & asphalt), new building construction, and building renovations over a 570 calendar day period of performance. Interested contractors must show experience and knowledge monitoring, documenting, and inspecting construction work that includes concrete, steel, earthwork, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, structural, or general building construction supervision. Recommend interested Contractors be local to area to facilitate a minimum of 3 site visits weekly during construction performance and respond timely in emergency situations.� Interested Contractors are to send a capability statement, list of projects , resume of presumed construction inspector. to Daniel Kinney via email at Daniel.kinney@va.gov no later than 10/27/2023 at 10:00 am CT.
