The Contractor will then manufacture the entire receiver subsystem and install it at an Open-Air Systems Integration Laboratory (SIL) for subsystem sell off prior to shipping to the receive site in Palau for installation, integration, and operational testing. A full Technical Data Package (TDP) for the receiver subsystem is expected to be incrementally delivered as the program steps through its different phases with a final delivery upon completion of operational testing at the site. The Contractor will be required to provide all artifacts necessary to support the granting of Authority to Operate (ATO) enabling the TACMOR system to go operational. Contract Type will be Full and Open Competition to select a Lead System Integrator (LSI).
